If they started legal proceedings it would be a public record- you need correct legal name of owner and HOA and most counties in the US provide this on a website (some charge $).

No worries, I can pull mailing addresses off the county website, it will cost $2 per address, that is a much bigger financial commitment, and I am unsure if this is the right tack to follow.I'm not sure what my question is, but looking for some guidance from this who have done this before.
