Figured I would see if I could make a connection here before going through who I can find on the internet.

I wish I had learned the value of the internet sooner for our business model. 

Although I had several FRAUDS AND SCAMMERS-no--not the unlicensed broker kind--but the internet ones seeking advance fees, etc, I did manage to find one local that was sincere. 

@Joel Owens I have not poked at internet marketing in over 8 years.

That was huge I was able to knock off 12K because of no agent he agreed to my wholesale price on a grade A home.I think with today’s internet amount of good info is out there.

If you want I can share my p&l s but would don't want to post on the internet.

That said, I would try to find a HML who's local or near you, not some company on the internet you are likely to never meet.

When I searched for starting to wholesale, it searched the internet and returned a bunch of information about wholesaling things made in other countries.What am I missing?
