How to get a probate list

Donovon Rogers

I live in the Dover area and I've been trying to get my hands on a probate list so I wanted to know if anyone has any experience with how acquiring one? i went to the levy court house but no one in the sheriffs office or the Register of Willis supposedly knew anything about it so I'm looking for help from the BP community... All comment are appreciated.

@Donovon Rogers I'm not an expert in probate or have dealt in it much, aside from researching, but a quick Google search yielded some results. In the State of Delaware, a petition for probate is handled by the Delaware Court of Chancery system. Whether this is 100% or not, I'm not sure, but seeing as how you have tried Levy Court and Register of Wills, Chancery Court may be worth giving a shot.

Let us know if this is correct once you get a definite answer.
