Does anybody have any knowledge or experience with this?

For a while now I've had a burning passion to strive for financial freedom, experience is the only thing hindering my performance right now.

You’re not speaking to people who have no experience.

However, I did buy a single family home in Sacramento with my son and it is currently rented.So no, I don’t have a lot of experience flipping houses, but we all start somewhere, right?

If you buy now while rates are high when they do drop, real estate  will seem like a much easier game and you will have more experience for that next one as well.

Hey everyone, I am curious if anyone has experience with section 8 properties and can advise me on how to get into the space and do things right.
