While you may have to pay (as I do with mines), you will quickly learn there is a major difference between a free group of people who chat occasionally vs a group of paid members who feel they have an obligation to bring value to one another on a constant basis.Good luck on your journey!

I watched a video from Brandon Turner on analyzing the rental properties so just inputted the same numbers he did overall- to get the initial analysis, then if serious about it I would need to double check everything.
