I started off 3 years ago or so with that intention, refinancing has been a bit more difficult than I originally intended, but it's still an extremely profitable venture and very much worth your time if you're looking to build long-term wealth.

If you like the idea of getting involved with notes but are brand new to note investing and real estate I would strongly recommend finding an experienced investor to joint venture with.

I was a member of a local BNI group for another business venture and had some success.

I have worked with mostly buyers and have watched many flippers buy properties and do a horrible job renovating them, so I am venturing into another aspect of my career by buying properties, renovating and selling them.

Hey community,  I have been one of those BP members who signs up but never gets involved, it is time to start venturing out into the online world for advice and encouragement.  

This is a new venture for me.

:)I'm definitely no lawyer Mike but just from way you describe it, feels like you could be best served creating a new 3rd entity and do a joint venture together as equity partners in that new company.
