You do get liability protection, you have a separate vehicle that contains your investment assets which avoids commingling with personal finances, and if necessary (which is not always the case) you can begin to build a brand.Again, just my opinion.Cheers and good luck,Mike

I don't think there is any need to have any coverage (and it would be expensive if not impossible to obtain) unless you are worried about having a place for her to live.

You can't even buy a decent used vehicle for $15k...

Now I'm not saying it's impossible for a cash buyer, desperate for an exchange, to over-pay for an asset, but it is more likely to find one who's wiling to pay a price what pencils.

You want to move to the US...there are ways....research, ask around and take action.Im originally from Canada and moved to California last year...so its not impossible!

I work full time 8-5, so it is impossible to talk on the phone during the day.  

However, once each one of those REI steps out of the vehicle, all they have is their personality, knowledge and skill.

No vehicle loans.

i am studying for the RE license now. but not to work and make a living doing it. i want to list my rentals and get paid doing it. however, having a full time job, it will be hard/impossible to answer questions during the day.
