Quick question, it makes sense why I wouldn't be able to utilize the FHA in that scenario but are you sure it would have to be 25 if i went conventional route?

I’m 32 and female, so that’s a biological countdown(although I know I want to foster/adopt also) I’m not against being a single mom(adopting before finding a partner) but my career(forensics with the Sheriff) keeps me on call and out in the middle of the night at crime scenes so I would need a strong community support to sustain the child until I can have 100% passive income.

My friends that chose the middle did so since they thought that utilities would be cheapest since they were in between 2 units so bottom floor heat would rise up in the winter but not too much like the 3rd floor had which increased cooling costs.
