I agree that meeting them in person, being friendly but firm and just assume that they were not given notice about the change so they might be a little apprehensive about it (i.e. making sure it isn't some kind of scam etc.

@JD Martin  JD whats one of the top 5 asked questions on BP.well  its those looking for an investment friendly broker.. here you have a guy that is all he does.. put the two together. market your self as a broker who specializes in fixers and distressed and is investor friendly and build a monster business.
