I am looking for deals (BRRRR, Flip, Rentals) in the Asheville to Hickory, or even Boone area (Buncombe, Burke, McDowell, Caldwell, Cawtaba Counties) my big hurdle in getting started has been to find local deals that I am comfortable enough from a distance perspective to manage and lucrative enough to get me over the hump to my first deal!

Bigger Pockets as shown me that that is simply a hurdle to overcome and not a reason to not pursue my financial goals.I haven't definitively mapped out my plan here, but am looking to starting out by house hacking/buy and hold rentals, but have an open mind to diversify my future portfolio becoming more comfortable.

Maybe not 100 offers per day, but 5 low ball offers per week is not unreasonable if you're closing 10-15 deals per year with them.
