Getting Funding without W-2, experience, and documentation

There's companies out there that will lend to W-2 employees or those without having to verify income just the ability to pay. Also, those same companies will lend based on their interest in the property not your ability to sell or close a deal.

So for those of you reading this if there's a will there is a way. That's my niche, helping borrowers who may not qualify conventionally receive funding.

The only hurdle from my experience is usually coverage area.  I know my company is stronger everywhere but on the east coast. Were growing there.  Start your search by looking for Non QM lenders, Non Prime lenders are just a few keywords to point you into the right direction.

Any other questions just ask.
