What island are you living on in HI?

AlohaJust moved here to colorado in December 2022, from Oahu, Hawaii. after living on a gorgeous island for 8 years I needed to get back to the mainland, for many reason.

I am strongly considering a new type of investment for me, which is land that is to be sold to a homebuilder.

Big time projects like Starbuck Island, Incite building, News building, ect. 

I'm interested in a Vacation rental and visited quite a few such as Coral Cay, Windsor Hills Resort, and Emerald Island Resort.

Therefore, by looking into the whole process the tools and apps (zillow, batchleads and so fourth) that are used to complete a wholesaling deal are not applicable on the island. 

Actually there are a bunch, even Staten Island and Long Island too.  

I moved from Mercer Island to Poulsbo over the summer and LOVE it here!
