@Chris Seveney Ah, true . . . ultimately my basic plan is just to make enough (with all of the companies) that it's a no brainer either way, but just curious if there were particular companies that are legitimate that I could reach out to that'd be more along the lines of the real estate loan (as googling random companies makes me nervous)

They go home every night, they don't work weekends....if the company they work for goes under, they just move on to the next job.And it's ultimately fair....if you don't want to pay W-2 taxes, go buy a property or two, or three.

Especially if by deciding to allow agents to bring potential renters in, I were to reduce my days on market...holding all else equal, in the event that I did procure the ultimate renter through an agent, all it took was 14 days of incremental days on market to reach a "breakeven point".
