It seems to me that “wholesaling” is a trigger of yours, but there’s a whole world of honest and successful wholesalers out there who use the hands on deal experience as a bridge to get into investing.

With what I know now as analysis paralysis, I couldn't pull the trigger.

The developer had an array of homes to chose from, so we chose one that fit our plan, locked in a price, and signed a contract with 5% down to lock in our price.

I'm no lawyer, so not sure how that would work or if it triggers a requirement to be an agent.

I switched to Remote lock and it’s been wonderful.

Doing a "subject to" is a material breach so, just doing the transaction could trigger the due on sale clause of the note.

In my case, I was discussing a non-owner occupied scenario with the LO so in my case this particular example would not trigger a breach.
