Closing date missed VA foreclosure

Hello All,

Looking to get some sort of idea on how long this can extend closing.

Was set to close on our property and then was notified that would not be able to close due to the VA not paying the property taxes owed on the home.

Hoping that this doesn't push out the closing day for an extended period of time as it just makes things more complex. With rate lock, contractor schedules etc.

Have any of you had this happen on a VA REO in the past? If so, were they quick to get the issue resolved?

Appreciate the help and insight.
