In my everyday experience interacting with landlords, I have noticed a few things that are surprising to me.

I was surprised at how fast they all agreed and how little convincing they needed, the truth is once you look past all the reasons we have been given that investing is for someone else, it just makes sense.

Agreed with Steven...if the seller is taken by surprise that you're making money on the deal, you didn't do your job very well...

Thank you for your realistic view, I think too many people don't get told things such as that so they end up not thinking of things that others would have and then are surprised when those things happen.
