Our (state and city both have the same expiration date) eviction moratorium is set to expire at month end but 1) I expect it to be extended 2) even if it is not extended, there is likely to be a backlog of evictions.Basically, I want as much confidence that our new tenant has been paying their rent and is not taking advantage of any foreclosure moratorium.Good luck and stay healthy.

The suggestion has been made that there might be some involvement by the contractors employees, but there is no evidence to support this possibility.My insurance broker informs me that there is no coverage available for theft from a vacant property, only for the vandalism (broken windows, messed up carpets, etc).
