Does anyone know of any software that people use with co-owned properties to manage shared use / access / time, etc?

We manage about 350 units of multi-family apartments in Norfolk, VA and are constantly measuring data/market trends as it relates to leasing, PM churn, and growth in the area. 

This property will have property manager to pay all expenses and deposit rents.

He is able to do much of the work himself and we manage our own properties.

Especially in syndications, where often those touting # of doors may not even be the primary GP managing the deal and it may represent 1-2% ownership of those doors.
