Hey @Taylor Cartledge, so we sleep 10 standard and can up scale to 12 guests if needed.There are 3 bathrooms.

Generally, you shouldn't put more than 3-4 guests per full bathroom. and there should be seating in the living room and dining room for as many guests as the home sleeps.

Cons are obvious, you'll have different guests all the time and you never know if they're gonna disturb you.

I'm a business owner and a new mom....so sometimes the sleep deprivation gets to me just have someone say, "yes, this doesn't sound crazy" is supremely helpful. :)

Sleeping eight people+ is a good thing and so is having a bunk room for the kiddos. 

That is by definition of a dwelling unit from Article XII in the Land Development Code which I have included below.Dwelling Unit: A room or groups of rooms forming a single independent habitable unit that is used for, intended to be used for, or may be used for, living, sleeping, sanitation, cooking, and eating purposes by one family only; for owner occupancy or for rental, lease, or other occupancy on a weekly or longer basis.A dwelling unit shall contain an individual kitchen, as defined herein, sanitary and sleeping facilities.

Also, consider putting a pull-out couch in the main living area - and include the couch mattresses that are now available that make this a lump-less sleeping option. 

Also helps you sleep at night, meanwhile your savings will pay for your kitchen and bath remodel.

But I’d sleep better at night when Hurricanes come around.
