@Keith Rivera as mentioned by other BPers, the section 8 program can be used in the fashion that your business plan determines.However, you still need to screen the section 8 tenants just as you would any non-section 8 tenant, to ensure that you have the best fit for your property.

Some of the properties are all 1br units while other properties are all 2br units (Dayton area).Beyond financial assessment of each property, are there any statistics pointing to which size unit is easier to rent (I'm assuming 2br but curious if anyone has come across stats accordingly)?

I was absolutely blown away at the thousands upon thousands of colour choices that one has, but was relieved when I finally managed to match my tile colour with a wall and cabnet paint.I am pretty excited to see how this beautiful kitchen island will fit into the overall design, and am really chuffed as to how this has come out.

Generally, if the other same sized units in the area are getting $X/month, the little things are not going to allow you to get too much more than that.

In my fist two years with the fund I not only worked with national brands and improved relations I oversaw a Days Sales Outstanding reduction of 25%.I know I'm coming back swinging but I can't tell you how tired I get of responses that I see on posts from people that seem to just be waiting to bounce on people and then proceed to draw conclusions to fit the narrative that they want to write, and think that by using smiley faces it gives them a pass to be dis respectful.
