Why hasn't this MLS house in Gulf Breeze, FL sold yet?

I looked at it on Zillow and boy is it ugly and out of date inside. The home is only twelve years old but looks 25 years out of date. The kitchen and bathrooms are cheap and ugly,it needs better paint choices, laminate flooring and nice tile for the kitchen and bathrooms, new appliances, tiled shower instead of plastic, and new landscaping.Combine that with a bad foundation and too many nearby homes for sale in better shape and it's easy to see why this turkey is rotting. The bank is calling the shots so I would make out a laundry list of repairs and upgrades it needs and present it to the bank with an offer of maybe 110k and challenge them to argue otherwise.

So they will most likely look to go home, shower, then head somewhere. So then it turns into "where" they go home too.

On a couple of houses that I've had there were (IIRC) 4" X 12 with 1" X 6" laid diagonally over those. On one of those I had bad 1" X 6" but everything above those was good because we had replaced them a few years before when we replaced a leaking shower pan.

But in addition to kitchen and bathroom tile (not only floors but also counter top tile and bath/shower wall tile), that hammer is great for separating cabinets from studs/drywall, countertops from cabinets, breaking up small sections of concrete sidewalks/driveways and on and on... heck, I even used it to quickly dig 300 holes when planting boxwood privets around the perimeter of my yard.
