@Ash Patel  Hi Ash, There are a number of possibilities when structuring a 1031 Exchange transaction. 

Every transaction is different and unique, it is not a cookie cutter process.

It is our responsibility as experienced investors and commentators here on BP to help make sure we at least give them the real story and help - if they will listen - to understand how to invest wisely and safely.  

Again, the newbie in me came out and emotion set in.I think it's safe to say that I won't be pursuing this one.

I'd imagine you would stick with your original business model, picking up transactional business if it falls in your lap? 

Next, locate an attorney who only does real estate transactions.
