No tough guy routine......just amazed that someone with a real estate license, trying to wholesale properties, doesn't realize the bank has to be paid off with proceeds from the sale when the owner sells it.  

You may want to notify her that you are in need of doing a routine inspection on the unit - triggered by the fact that she was arrested for dealing drugs in your property.
