Since you want to work with investors, find a broker that is highly reputable in the investor space.

I have a Plumber, Roofer, Masonry, Handyman, Electrician,and HVAC contractor that I been working with for years on my properties. 

For example, when I need a plumber, I text my guy and have tenant hide a key or arrange when they are home.

It doesn't matter if you're with a big or small company, investor focused or retail brokerage...your broker's reputation is on the line if you mess up, and if you've asked a question with no answer the disservice is to you AND the broker.

Basically the Plumber said the tile in the corners wasn’t installed correctly and is starting to drip out of the “pan” for the shower into the ceiling down below.
