I got my realtor license and my goal it to niche down to investors starting from middle class workers who are interested in starting investing in residential buildings. I spoke to few of my colleagues and strangers and they seems very interested once I speak to them.

I wanted to ask BP in what will be the best strategy to maximize my potential in this Niche?

Learn all that you can about the rental market, rental properties, leasing, etc. Go to all of the meetups that you can and network with local investors. Get hyper involved in your investing community. You'll also want to hang your license with a broker that specializes in the area that you want to be involved in. If you wanted to focus on high end luxury listings, you wouldn't get much benefit from working with a broker that is known for their D class property management skills.  Since you want to work with investors, find a broker that is highly reputable in the investor space.
