One provision in your mortgage or deed of trust, signed at settlement, states this as well.That said, if the reason for vacating and converting it to a non-owner occupied property is due to job relocation, then you should be ok. 

You can rent the property furnished to traveling professionals, relocating families, and others for 30+ days at least in the meantime while you are figuring out things with the city. 

Baltimore flippers / developer / investors -- I'm a new developer / investor relocating the area.  

Just like it’s crazy to me there are ZERO regulations on relocation companies (who regular cheat agents out of commissions they absolutely should NOT be entitled to) and crazy to me that getting your RE license has such a low barrier of entry (waaaaay too many terrible agents muddying the waters in my neck of the woods.)
