@Patty C. make sure you are 'mentioning' people correctly, doesn't appear to be working so people are not receiving notifications for mentions. 

But I also don't want to disqualify myself for being intrusive.Talking them might be better because I can receive credit without raising my price.

I've received quotes from the dedicated waterproofing companies and they were astronomical in my opinion for what it is.  

However, I'm leaning more towards the buy and hold so that i can begin paying off the loan with the cashflow i receive for the rental property.

Hey everybody,I have a place under contract and just received the financials.  

I know you received a lot of help so far and that's good, but you need to immerse yourself into the investing world and really learn the stuff yourself.

I watched a webinar by Cody Sperber on wholesaling and it peaked my interest because I have very little startup capital and the information I received gave me hope that it is possible to start investing without a lot of startup cash.
