Hello, new here and have some questions for you all.I'm looking to get into multi family homes / duplex housing landlord, or to actively live in one side and have a roommate for the other side. 

Even though it was obvious I was new, I didn't expect anything for nothing, and through active participation, I made myself memorable enough that when my mentor decided it was time for them to take someone under their wing, I was the one that came to mind first.

Im just starting out myself but have been doing lots of researching for the past 3-4 month and actively looking for deals.

Now that I am becoming more active looking for new opportunities, I can spend anywhere from 1-5 hours a day on that, which I really enjoy! 

In the last 10 years our company and its partners have done over 1,000 wholesale deals, we have done 450 rehabs for fix and flips and currently we have over 35 active projects. 

I have full time job, active duty military,and every two- Three years I have to pack up and move.

While I do invest all over the country due to my husband job (active duty military so local is just relative), I personally would rather live close than far away.

I'm actively researching the Spokane market as Seattle is out of control right now!
