Not that it matters that much, but I would like to complete my profile with a picture and cannot get it to work...resized, cropped, ect. 

The location is solid and has a strong retail profile.

Especially on BiggerPockets, trying to connect with people in my area and they only create a profile and never go on it or attend webinars or posted in forums, etc. how do others connect with great people and create partnerships by using bigger pockets any suggestions, ideas and advice.

@Aaron Junck If you mouse over your profile picture in the top right corner of the screen, a dropdown should appear. 

I was looking at the profiles of inspectors at Amerispec and they have a couple of former contractors.
