If not already done I would upload a company logo and set up a professional zillow profile. 

Our company specializes in 1031 exchanges, so we're big fans of them.  

You will have lots of expenses with the formation of a new LLC, lawyer fees, costs to start up payroll for this company, workers comp, new insurances, immediate repairs, etc.

First is in the area even professional managers are underpriced. 

The LLC formation combined with operatring the company in accoordinace with the operating agrement & appropriate funding to present itself as a viable business is what's needed.

:D Seriously though, I'm interested in learning exactly what they are, how they are traded, and how I could possible profit from brokering/connecting companies that trade MTN's with a few of my clients that have that type of buying power.

It's all blah, blah, blah...here's what matters:  do they have Professional Liability Insurance, often times called errors and omissions insurance (E&O insurance).

AND, do find a GOOD Roofing company in your area. 

Multiple, billion dollar companies are investing investing heavy in our area, such as Intel, Google, and Amazon.
