Another reason I'm starting out with wholesaling is because I'm moving to Pennsylvania from Wisconsin in August of 2017 so I don't want to get into rentals here and be committed that way.

The national tenants tend to have better resale value but are more methodical in their process and expansion plans and take awhile to make a decision to commit to a site.

I was thinking worse comes worse I'd take out the kitchen (or in my current case, not create a full kitchen while I live down there), I can call the townhouse a 4/2 if I were to try selling.I'm still exploring this idea so nothing is committed at this time.
