A lousy design, sloppy bill of quantities, or cheap work will cost much much more in the long run than the imagined " saving " at the time of ordering the work.

I did manage to save some money before then to hopefully buy a moped, but it had to be blown on expenses for our new place.I'm currently making enough at my job to pay my part of the bills, but don't have any left over for savings let alone to do things with.

It Has plenty of public road Front and power, but no public water or sewer available. property should sell for about 15k of the MLS, I offered 5k cash or $200 for a 3 year option to buy at 6k.
