Popular area, difficult to build density, wealthy and innovative part of the country.  

I know that is popular in other cities with residential zoned property, but it's my understanding that's illegal here in Louisville.

I often tell clients that they have to think about the end at the beginning...it is not a popular topic and people (understandably) do not want to imagine an exciting opportunity getting sideways, but as @Jessica Zolotorofe mentions, doing it right now is the most cost effective route.  

I contract with a company here that protests the taxes every year on E dry home and does a great job of keeping property taxes as low as possible.

The city of chicago does make it a little challenging due to the e-permit system.

Recently the market jumped by 300mo in one region, so I will be adjusting to match the market on some popular unit, but most will hold till the market moves another 200-300, which it could from the sounds of things.

I want to advise that when you do that there is a simple fill in the blanks type response and then the vendor with a premium account gets an e mail notification.. the issue for me is your e mail just gets buried in my in box and lost.. 

@Coreyell Lincoln We just closed a property in Indy with Abstract & Title, all paperwork was done through their e-sign program which we found very convenient.
