Not to forget some of the major players such as Ford, Cadillac with their choice on coming back into the city of Detroit and Flex and Gate (automotive manufacturing company) that just opened a new factory (October 2018) .

Of course, with all the power players on BP, that could just be because they don't last long.

There is a seemingly reputable company based out of Portland, Or that does many vetted deals, called Crowdstreet.I am curious if its worth the headaches to keep large equites in properties I manage vs. the returns with bigger players in deals out there in RE syndication?

If you have a contentious relationship with the tenant, you will lose them though if they have an option to leave.I’m not sure what hotel prices are in your area, but depending on the time of year in my resort town, it is cheaper for us to book tenants in one of the weekly efficiency chains than to  book nightly rentals.  

I never have to resort scooping up deals for myself.

Big players such as Bill Gates are buying massive amounts of land and destroying millions of trees, turning regular farms into GMO farms.

Janurary (and much of the rest of the year due to amazing out door activities) is booked solid for huge rates due to it being located next to amazing ski resorts. 

I see Reonomy and Costar are the big players.
