Which platform do you recommend for listing and managing a long-term rental (from a distance)?

Platforms like BP are a great aid- and for all of us on this platform- what is something that you wish you would’ve known starting out?

The issue generally is what is the space dedicated to renting. 

This platform has been so great and so welcoming!

@Bill Brandt its moreso the time and commitment of learning the platform than the cost, although I hadn't even considered Quicken. 

I've been looking into the local real estate market in the Philadelphia area, and believe I'm at the point where I'd like to create a true company dedicated to my real estate side hustle.

So, many people have been raving about this new social media platform called Clubhouse.

I wanted to ask this community what sort of experience you have had with getting an architect to do a photorealistic rending of what the house will look like, and posting on various real estate platforms.
