Which one? Avail or Zillow
Which platform do you recommend for listing and managing a long-term rental (from a distance)?
The wifey and I are listing our first long term rental in N.C. and will be managing it from a distance.
The only hiccups I noticed with Avail was the heavier ($55) screening fees for the tenants and the no option for free bank withdrawals for rent. Meanwhile, Zillow's screening fees were $29 and they allow free ACH to pay rent.
I'm leaning towards Zillow, since we only have one property, but can be convinced otherwise.
Hoping to 'keep it simple' and stick with one or the other.
