If I book a room that will work for two people (i.e. with two beds) but only book for one person would we be able to change the reservation later to be able to share the room?

Keep building these relationships with other like minded individuals, and if something sounds too good to be true, it probably is - run it by people you trust!

I can wait to meet and converse with as many people I can on this journey. 

Another method, is to become an active member of the forums, get to know people.

Possibly I can source some deals from some code enforcement people and other creative places I can think of, but that will take some time and bird-dogs.Need help with finding deals, networking whether it be with other REIs or REAs, attorneys, financial planners/funding, confidence, and knowledge.I am determined and willing to work for this.

There are a LOT of people that have money, but no time, knowledge, or experience.

I tested 5-6 people on Fiverr who claimed to have access to Lexis Nexis, TLO and such skip tracing tools.

Some people doing this strategy will rent STR in seasonal markets when there's high demand and high turnover and then pivot to midterm during the off season.

The personal aspect that people like seems to be lost. 

It's great that you're trying to network with other people, altough I don't think you are making many important connections around here, did you try other methods?
