I do lots of volunteer work and give to food banks, health clinics, and battered women shelters.I mentor others who also give back to community - whether the impact is local or global.I'm new to REI so don't ask me for advice.

If you show up with all of your financial package lined up as in "this is how much I make per month, this is how much my total debt service is per month and my total expenses, and this is my FICO score. 

I bought a $1200 package on flipping.  

Get the book then go eat some greasy food.

Hey Guys,I was curious to see if anyone here has purchased or used the "We Buy Houses " marketing package?

He was complaining that one of the food trucks he hits over in north Aurora had raised the price on their burritos.

Now if food costs rise just slightly and my margins go down I am not making 50,000 a year but breaking even for nothing.
