The only direct lender I know of that's willing to take a second position on a DSCR loan is Velocity Mortgage. https://www.velocitymortgage.com/The rates on these products are crazy though.  

Although you'll be leasing your home to an operator I recommend doing some research on what an operator may be able to charge. 

That's on top of the sales comps, rent comps, and deal analysis it already does. 

Do you research them ahead of time on Facebook or other social media?

It’s maybe not the time to find a new company but you definitely need to get them in line as it relates to communication.

If that's the case, I'd save a lot of money and time and just buy one of the books available (some here  on BP).

Spoke with a broker friend and he suggested I leverage my VA rate of 2.375% by offering seller financing or rent to own.
