I told them I didn't want to do the consortium deal, so they offered me another one where I would need to pay a 30k USD down payment and have an EIGHT PERCENT INTEREST RATE.

How it would work is that I would buy a new construction home from Lennar, and I would seller finance the property with Lennar currently they are offering around 5% interest rate 30 year fixed.
