We usually operate within a corporation where our preference is to issue a preferred series of shares to equity partners which gives them priority of capital return, but no or limited voting on day-to-day matters.Since we are buy-and-hold types, we mitigate risk through taking a rather dour look on future performance when evaluating a deal.
