Their whole product is dreadful, the UX sucks on mobile and on an actual computer, and honestly the only thing they were ever good for was the electronic signing of documents and no one NEEDS them for that.

There is no way in hell the property appraised for nearly that much.

Example, room addition with bathroom, licensed job; just painting, no need for a license (or just flooring, no license).

I am interested in any experiences dealing with the death of a tenant with no heirs.

No short sale is getting approved without being listed, so there should be an agent involved already.

@Sunjeeve Weerasinghe I have no experience with luxury vinyl tile, other than many of my neighbors have used it and seem to like it.I put porcelain plank tile in my own home a little over a year ago and love it.
