@Bart Van Leijsen this one is in chicago in the austin neighborhood, it was posted on loopnet, full rehab was not necessary, we did have to do 2 extensive unit turns but otherwise we're just taking care of deferred maintenance over the course of year one. would love to help you achieve your goals!

I have never done a conversion of this nature myself, but I have to imagine that using the basement of these homes would be the cheapest way to go about it and creating a unit in them.
