I've seen beautiful dark grey kitchens and baths while showing homes to clients.I've never even SEEN beautiful and brown in the same sentence, until just now...White or another color.

I was snagging some pretty incredible deals back then, but the jewel of them all was a beautiful brick six unit building that had been abandoned mid-construction.

Many of the repairs they required were very minor in nature and a buyer could repair themselves after closing.

Soooo,  Is there anything that gives a landlord a financial incentive to 'donate' a rental for a period of time to those left homeless due to tornado, flood, etc.?
