Hi, Im looking to meet up with a BP member from the area for lunch to discuss the demographics of the area, I’m traveling to the Raleigh/Durham/Burlington/Greensboro area from November 4th through the 7th. for the purpose of research in the area for a place to possibly retire in the next few 3-5 years, I'm now investing in single family homes in the upstate NY area and plan on starting to investing in NC in multi-family/Apartment real estate.

They want $5K certified check up front to close on her house she is already living in.I can't get past the point that her own lending institution is charging her $5K up front for closing when closing is nothing more than telling their computer system to drop her rate a smidgen.
