Filing mechanic's liens is not something every contractor can do.

Hello,I'm a buy and hold investor in central Texas with single and multi family properties and mobile home lots/homes.

I'd have to play in that market with those involved in the manufacture, setup, and land acquisition for both the mobile home and manufactured marketplace.

I had experience from other projects with zoning and facilities finance, but I did about 1/2 the permit running for the most recent project - learned quite a bit more of the detailed stuff - Zoning, Facilities Financing, Mechanical, and Structural, in particular.  

I've found a fairly dilapidated, smaller mobile home park (maybe 20 units?) 

Instead of mobile home communities, is there a way to develop a Tiny Home community?

Is there a better mechanism for me to get to my end goal (e.g., a trust instrument)?
