I was wondering if a strategy has been mentioned like this before on the forums. 

Those areas you mentioned are amazing but are some of the most expensive parts of the city.

I mentioned it to one of the first attorneys I worked with.

I'm sure I'm missing a couple others.I remember mentioning this when I first moved out here and how I was genuinely fearful from a public safety standpoint and then a year later October 1st happened :-(Plus on a better note, Golden Knights + Raiders + eventual NBA team (inevitable)...bound to bring an ounce of stabilization in rougher times.

In in May of 2000, I sold it for 62K and a 3 bd 1ba house in Vergennes VT for 94K in June of 2000.As mentioned, I started house hacking by finishing a basement room and renting out the three bedroom house.

Like what is it you need help with, the type of property (number of units), the age and condition.  

@George FryeCurious by what you mean when you say “popular again”I agree with most that it’s not worth time or effort and trainings are ramping up as many jurisdictions have tax sales coming up in August and the fall and it’s the ways for “guru’s” to start advertising training which for this 99.9% can be found free online and as others mentioned it’s not worth the chase.

For you experienced house flippers out there, what other services do you leverage a real estate attorney for outside of what I've mentioned above?

As I mentioned earlier since IRA owns the property all rents must go directly to the IRA and all expenses related to the property must be paid  from the IRA.Wwho is the custodian of the IRA?
