You can hang your license at a discount brokerage that just charges a couple hundred bucks per transaction, and they really don't care what you do beyond that, so you don't have to worry about any time commitment that would take you away from your other pursuits.

Note: So long as EVERY buy is at ~30% discount from day one, you won't need to be $24-50M out of pocket after 25 years, because you'd be able to refinance EACH buy after 6 months to get ALL your initial deposit back!

And the guaranteed bit is key too ... sufficient margin of safety must be maintained on the non-risk-free alternatives or else when bad stuff happens in the market then really bad stuff will happen to you as an investor if you lever to the hilt without any margin for error.
