Well I bid on the home 600k been the highest bidder then at the last minute xome (the auctioneer) bid on the house 625k and decided to increment the time 10 min for 3 times total of 30min and low the bid from 25k every bid to 2500 every bid.

Having said that, being that busy means higher commissioned sales are probably higher priority and submitting ridiculous low ball offers could be a negative on them considering experience.
