I basically knock on the door, listen to their story, see where I can help them, list the property where it is currently, my guy does the SS, once it is complete I relist it for the "Wholesale" price, and then I pass it along to my investors.

Listening to the podcast, reading the essentials Rich dad poor dad, 4 hour WW etc, (actually listened to the audiobooks rather than read the books), Endless "This old House" youtube videos and any books on housework that I can find for a buck or two at my local goodwills. anything I can get my hands on on a lackluster student income.

Best real estate book ever written.2) "Am I Being Too Subtle" by Sam Zell (who owns the largest mobile home park portfolio int he U.S. called ELS)I would also recommend reading all the free material on MHU and listening to the Mobile Home Mastery podcasts.That should keep you busy during the self-quarantine period of Covid-19 (and even beyond).

I just read an article about how NY is proposing a CANCELATION of rent.I also listened to a couple of podcasts from some of my favorite and most respected business idols claiming that we are on the verge of a major DEPRESSION...I too have my own theories about the totally wrecked balance sheets, the terrifying overleveraging as in relation to income, and P/E ratios that are out of control of many of the world's leading corporations...not to mention why so many of the world's leading CEO's just stepped down in the last 6 months (google it) Given those facts, we may just be on the verge of a depression.
